An  Exhibition of Contemporary Landscape Paintings

at Good Day Deli, Cork City.

These paintings were made in response to island life during and post-Covid.

They explore a re-enchantment with the natural world, finding peace in the perpetual motion of the ocean, the constancy of the tide and the brilliant balm of the sea surrounding us.

Prior to relocating to Cork, Cora had lived away for 15 years. In 2008 she decided to try living back in Ireland and was ‘surprised and delighted’ to feel ‘at home’ in Ireland. This feeling of ‘finding one’s place’, connection and an enchantment with the landscape has underpinned her work since.
